SECTION 1: Chapter 14 “Licenses”, Article X “Shows and Entertainments”, Section 14-234, is hereby amended as follows:

Sec. 14-234. - Reserved. Immediate one-year moratorium on any new 2am operating or liquor licenses on Atwells Avenue and adjoining streets in Federal Hill

As a result of ongoing public safety issues related to businesses operating with 2am liquor and entertainment licenses, there is a one-year moratorium on any new 2am operating or liquor licenses along Atwells Avenue and adjoining streets in Federal Hill.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage.
