              “Lord, watch over us and guide us tonight as we deliberate the needs and concerns of the citizens of Providence, and be more thoughtful tonight as in this holiday season where there are so many people in need within our city.  Guide them, inspire them and give them hope.  Lord, also I want to personally thank you and I know my colleagues do too.  Guide and watch over our colleagues who are leaving us tonight in their last meeting.  Their service and certitude to the people of Providence go without words and without thoughts.  Again, thank you all.  Amen.”
