              PROJECT REVIEW

1.              CASE 20.075, 369 BROADWAY, William D. Hilton House, 1872 (BROADWAY)

The applicant is requesting the construction of a four-level rear addition, one-level partially below grade, two upper floors and an attic story connected to the main structure through a covered stairwell.

 

2.              CASE 20.137, 289 BROADWAY, William H. Walton House, now Aurora Club, 1889 (BROADWAY)

The applicant is requesting the construction of an enclosed air-lock to the entry on the east elevation.

 

3.              CASE 20.139, 319 BROADWAY, Commercial Building, post 1950 (BROADWAY)

The applicant is requesting the painting of the east masonry wall for the installation of a mural.

 

4.              CASE 20.138, 5 COOKE STREET, Zachariah Chafee House, 1852-53 (COLLEGE HILL)

The applicant is requesting the construction of an exterior porch on south elevation in existing footprint of knee-wall patio with the conversion of a window to an egress door within existing opening.
